What Inspired You To Help Launch BTA? What Is Your Ultimate Goal For The Organization
BTA’s commitment to amplifying different narratives in the Black travel experience, as well as creating a network of resources and support, represents some of the biggest changes I want to see in the travel industry. I’m excited about the work we’re doing together and can’t wait to see us all win and go from strength to strength in our respective fields.
When I’m Not Fighting For The Cause, Things I Like To Do Are
I love curling up and getting lost inside the world of a great read, good catch-ups with friends that energise the soul, and eating (especially, delicious meals I didn’t have to cook myself).
My Favorite Food/Drink I’ve Had and In Which Country

Currently Reading or Listening To Right Now
Podcasts, podcasts and more podcasts. Some of my favourites are Sincerely Accra, @bwtpod, Thirst Aid Kit and @vamejotravel.
Organization or Charity Supported
I recently backed the Kickstarter for @blckxplrrmag, a print magazine founded by @heyparadis, dedicated to amplifying Black narratives in travel. I believe wholeheartedly in this initiative and the need for it now more than ever. I would encourage everyone to follow and support the magazine. I can’t wait to see it come to life.
Three Things You Cannot Live Without:
Rice, nature walks and the warmth and laughter of good friendships.
