Regional Finance Manager – DMC Americas

The Position
As a Regional Finance Manager with Intrepid, you will be responsible for leading the Finance function in our Destination Management Companies in the Americas region and will be a key member of the Regional Americas leadership team. You will lead and support Finance Managers and partner with North and Latin America based operations to assist with reporting, analysis and to provide commercial advice.
Every day will provide you with challenging and interesting work giving you the chance to work across a wide range of responsibilities such as, business performance reporting and analysis, supporting process improvement, standardizing Intrepid Americas, as well as owning and reviewing key areas of the Budget and forecast planning cycle for your region.
This is a full-time position that operates remotely and the ideal candidate will be based in South West USA, and will have experience working and leading a team remotely.
Some of the skills you’ll bring with you are:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Finance role with strong compliance and commercial acumen
- CA or CPA qualification
- Experience and knowledge of complex accounting packages
- Experience in business performance reporting & planning
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (Spanish is desired)
