As the Executive Assistant, you will function as a strategic partner to the Executive Team while coordinating multiple schedules, travel arrangements and overseeing projects. Your strong multitasking skills and ability to anticipate needs will help you thrive within this exciting opportunity within the travel industry. The Executive Assistant,  will develop positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization; use discretion and sound judgment on sensitive matters and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the CEO’s activities.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Complex calendar management
  • Organizing meetings, events and overseeing projects for the CEO
  • Serving as the gatekeeper for the CEO
  • Interacting with high-profile clientele and associates
  • Organizing meetings, events and overseeing projects for the CEO
  • Working with internal teams to manage projects

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace
  • Three-plus years of C-level support experience within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Professional and sophisticated communicator, with excellent writing skills
  • Excellent technical skills; proficiency in MS Office 365: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines at once
  • Adaptable and organized when faced with competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and a high standard of work
