The primary role of the Business Development Director is to target and prospect new convention center business opportunities across markets to build a strong tentative pipeline for the sales team. A successful Business Development Director will be a self-starter, organized, hard worker and creative thinker who finds prospective client solutions while maintaining positive relationships with existing customers. This position reports to the Vice President of Convention Sales.
Compensation includes both salary and incentive for achieving individual and team production goals. This position will be open until filled.
